As an important part of the Strathcona Story, we are excited to share this short video with you today, announcing our first ever Giving Day to be held Thursday 22 June. On Giving Day, the Strathcona community will rally together to support the education of a deserving future girl whose family would not otherwise have been able to access a Strathcona education.

Recently, 21 – 23 March 2023, I flew a very lengthy 50 minutes to Canberra to attend the annual National Schools Constitutional Convention which was organised by the National Curriculum Services (Department Of Education Victoria). I was one of 118 delegates from schools all over Australia.
Well done to our Strathcona Rowing Squad, who performed exceptionally well over the weekend at HOSG. The conditions were tough and everchanging throughout the course, but all the hard work that our students put in across the season was rewarded.
We congratulate our Senior Dean of Learning Futures, Ross Phillips on being featured amongst an esteemed list of outstanding professors and education leaders worldwide, as he shares his insights and opinions in the latest edition of K12 Digest.

Climate action is extremely important to the young people of today. Emily Harle, Year 12 has paired her voice with her passion to protect our planet, to highlight the very real issues our country faces when it comes to climate change. In She Society today, Emily expresses the need for a clear plan to tackle the negative impacts of climate change to ensure a better future for Australians in years to come.
The Hope is Not Cancelled mural brightens Canterbury Road under the train pass near the Maling Road corner. The mural was born from students work with an artist in residence, Nicole van Dijk and draws from their experience living through the Covid-19 pandemic.
Tay Creggan, our Year 9 campus, is proudly part of Open House Melbourne 2022. The weekend offers the opportunity to celebrate the wonderful architecture of our city. We welcome the community to come and tour TC, the gardens and surrounds of the campus.
